Gabriel Gutiérrez

General Manager

Gabriel serves as General Manager for TSI. In his role, Gabriel establishes and executes the strategy of connecting TSI’s…

client partners with its dynamic workforce located in Managua, Nicaragua. This vision is fulfilled by overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure that TSI is always positioned to meet and exceed client expectations. Gabriel has a solid academic background, he graduated from the Texas A&M University as an Industrial and Systems Engineer with a certification in Project Management. He also has an international MBA with a specialization in Global Innovation obtained at EADA Business School. He is a natural leader with a commitment to organizational excellence, process improvement, and problem solving.

Having been with TSI since its inception, Manuel is passionate about always finding ways to improve our services and helping our team reach all their goals. In his free time, he likes to take quick trips to the beach with his wife and their two dogs, explore with new recipes in the kitchen and share a meal and drinks with friends and family.

Hardiel Vilchez

Director of Operations

Hardiel is responsible for overseeing many of the company’s day-to-day activities, directing and coordinating actions throughout TSI.

He also oversees the company’s various departments and can point out areas for improvement. He helps manage resources, in addition to developing, maintaining and improving operational plans. This helps ensure that company procedures are executed correctly and policies are followed. In his free time, Hardiel loves music and he’s a songwriter, he plays the guitar and enjoys connecting with nature.

She has proven to be a great objective leader, with her work ethic, support, and enthusiasm she has been able to add meaningful value to the company. Working with her truly feels like you’re working with family.

Carlos Martinez

Carlos has been working in the BPO industry since 2012. He has extensive experience as a customer service representative

quality control, he has also worked as a human resources administrator.  In addition, his experience has led him to develop in the Finance Department as a Financial Planner and in other workforce areas. He is currently an Operations Manager at TSI, where he leads an amazing team. Carlos is a leader by nature, with his effort and dedication he has been able to develop great teams

Fátima Rodríguez

Fatima has 13 years of experience in the BPO industry. Her effort and perseverance have managed to develop her potential…

starting in her early years as a sales agent and then as a customer service agent. She has worked for different types of programs such as telephone companies, financial institutions, lead validation, appointment setting, collections and other industries. Fatima with more than 7 years working for TSI developed her leadership skills and had the opportunity to build a career within the management team. Over the years, she was promoted to Operations Manager. Her example is one of the main pillars for her team, working as a great leader, always looking after the rights of her staff. We are proud of her ability and knowledge.

Miguel Jarquín

Operation Manager

Miguel has more than 10 years in the BPO sector, he started as an agent and worked his way up through different roles

such as team leader, trainer,  data analyst, among others. He is passionate about continuous improvement, project management, sales and personal growth. Miguel considers himself a person with good communication skills, people>process>results oriented and with an analytical vision. He is a certified sales trainer and coach, and has worked for world-class clients in Customer Service, Sales, Project Management, Workforce Management, and Continuous Improvement. At TSI we are proud to have highly qualified people like Miguel.

Jorge dedicates his time ensuring that TSI continues to offer a redundant facility for existing multinationals in need of a top tier facility for data warehousing. Jorge and his team maintain a centralized IT and networking staff to support TSI’s international clients. He loves to keep up with the evolving technological advances in our world today. He’s been part of the team for more than 6 years. Besides being passionate about technology, he loves spending time with his family.

Yara Gonzalez

Quality Assurance Manager

Yara has over 10 years of experience as a quality leader and underwriter with a proven track record of working

in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. She has experience in team motivation, customer service, data analysis, continuous improvement, sales management and people development.

Her experience working as a leader in the corporate industry, professionalism, teamwork, commitment and warm human touch make her qualified to integrate TSI’s management team contributing to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
